I am currently in network with the following insurance providers. Prior to our first therapy session, please contact your insurer to confirm your mental health coverage and the direct cost of services.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (except for Blue Home or Blue Value plans)
  • Cigna
  • Aetna

I also accept uninsured or out-of-network clients who wish to self pay, and I am able to provide documentation for submission to other insurers.

Please note that as of January 2023 I will be moving out of network and will no longer accept insurance. If your insurance provider offers “out-of-network” benefits, I will be able to provide you with a monthly superbill to submit for reimbursement or to be put toward your deductible. If you have a Flexible Spending Account, you will be able to use those tax-free dollars to pay for therapy. I plan to introduce a “sliding scale” option for low-income and uninsured folks. I will give priority to students, those in the helping professions (i.e., teachers, nurses, social workers, etc.), and BIPOC clients when determining eligibility for the sliding scale.

50-minute psychotherapy session: $140 (increasing to $150 in 2023)

*Reimbursement rates, session duration, and copay amounts vary by insurance provider and policy.

All fees are due at the time of service. Non-payment will result in suspension of therapy services. Payments may be made using cash, check, or major credit card.

Clients who do not attend scheduled therapy appointments and do not give advance notice (at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment) of cancellation are expected to pay a missed appointment fee of $50 (increasing to $75 in 2023). Please contact me as soon as possible if you will be unable to attend your session due to illness or emergency, and I will do my best to schedule a make-up appointment for you. Please note that the cost of missed appointments will not be covered by insurance.
